Entergy to Hire Customer Care Representatives at Jan. 18 Job Fair

MONROE, La. – Entergy is partnering with LED FastStart and Louisiana Delta Community College to host an in-person job fair that connects qualified candidates to opportunities at its customer service center in Ouachita Parish.

The job fair will take place Wednesday, Jan. 18, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the LDCC ATC Auditorium, 7500 Millhaven Road in Monroe. The morning portion of the fair, from 9 a.m. to noon, will be reserved for LDCC students and alumni; the remainder of the event will be open to the public.

Entergy announced an expansion of its Monroe facility last May that would triple the number of customer care representatives as part of its commitment to provide high levels of service and communication with its 2.9 million utility customers in four states. At the Jan. 18 event, company representatives will conduct initial screenings and on-the-spot interviews with qualified candidates.
