FastStart Director of Training and Development
The Director of Training and Development for LED FastStart provides strategic and operational leadership for the design, development, delivery, and evaluation of customized workforce training for companies receiving LED FastStart services. The Director is accountable for managing a portfolio of complex training engagements and determining the most effective delivery approach through objective evaluation of internal expertise and capacity, external provider capabilities, schedule, cost, quality, scalability, and risk. The position oversees internal teams and third-party providers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with established quality standards and client expectations.
Project Manager, Marketing & Creative Division
The Marketing Project Manager drives clarity, alignment, and execution across cross- functional marketing teams by proactively managing workflows, resources, and communication. This role ensures that projects are well-scoped, strategically aligned, and delivered on time by coordinating a multidisciplinary team of creatives, digital specialists, and studio production team members. The Marketing Project Manager serves as both a process leader and a customer-service–oriented partner to internal stakeholders.
Business Analytics Specialist
The Economic Development Business Analytics Specialist supports LED’s operations through enterprise application management, business analytics, reporting, and process improvement. This position works closely with agency leadership, program areas, Information Systems staff, vendors, and governmental partners to develop and maintain technology solutions, ensure data quality, produce reports and dashboards, and improve business processes that support LED programs and strategic goals.
Fiscal Policy & Research Specialist-Economic Competitiveness
The Fiscal Policy & Research Specialist will support Louisiana’s efforts to strengthen its competitive position through data-driven fiscal policy research, economic analysis, and strategic recommendations. This position will analyze state and local tax systems, evaluate economic development incentives, benchmark Louisiana’s economic competitiveness position on a national scale, and assess the economic and fiscal impacts of proposed policy changes.
