Business Development Officer 1 or 2
The Business Development Officer (BDO) performs intermediate-level program administration, compliance coordination, and stakeholder engagement for assigned incentive programs. Working with moderate supervision, the BDO manages day-to-day program activities, conducts detailed compliance reviews, and provides technical guidance to businesses and partners. This role requires the ability to interpret program rules, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure accurate and timely execution of program requirements.
Project Manager, Business Development
The Project Manager directly supports LED’s efforts to conduct national-caliber business recruitment, expansion, and retention practices. The Project Manager plays a key role in the achievement of LED’s business plan goals by securing project wins (corporate expansions or locations) which result in Louisiana capital investment and job creation. To secure project wins, a Project Manager must plan, organize, and manage resources to bring about the successful completion of a specific project for a company interested in expanding in or relocating to Louisiana.
Administrative Assistant 6
Incumbent will serve as an executive assistant to the Chief Executive Officer, high-level administrators, managers, industry division directors, economic development professionals and in some cases subordinate staff of those individuals in the Innovation Division. Incumbent is required to exercise a high degree of independent judgement, professionalism, discretion, and initiative in dealing with both normal assignments/activities and non-routine situations.
AI & Workflow Automation Administrator
The AI & Workflow Automation Administrator is responsible for leading the adoption, implementation, and governance of artificial intelligence (AI) and workflow automation technologies across Louisiana Economic Development (LED). This position serves as the primary resource for integrating AI-driven tools into business operations, improving efficiency, and supporting enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
Associate Manager, Capital Partnerships
The Associate Manager for Capital Partnerships will help grow Louisiana’s innovation and venture capital ecosystem. This role supports startup growth and venture investment attraction by building relationships with investors, founders, and ecosystem partners across the state and beyond.
Creative Director
The Creative Director defines and protects LED’s creative vision and brand identity across all channels. This role leads a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, strategically aligned work that strengthens brand perception, drives engagement, and supports organizational goals.
