Grants Compliance and Program Director, Innovation
Louisiana Innovation is seeking a Grants Compliance and Program Director to oversee the full lifecycle of grant-funded projects—from identifying funding opportunities and developing applications to award administration, compliance, reporting, and closeout. This position plays a key role in securing strategic funding and ensuring grant-funded initiatives are managed effectively, remain compliant, and achieve program goals.
Fiscal Policy & Research Specialist-Economic Competitiveness
The Fiscal Policy & Research Specialist will support Louisiana’s efforts to strengthen its competitive position through data-driven fiscal policy research, economic analysis, and strategic recommendations. This position will analyze state and local tax systems, evaluate economic development incentives, benchmark Louisiana’s economic competitiveness position on a national scale, and assess the economic and fiscal impacts of proposed policy changes.
Talent Campaign Specialist-FastStart
The Talent Campaign Specialist (TCS) will support the creation, maintenance and optimization of talent attraction campaigns and efforts at LED FastStart. The TCS is expected to be proficient in all aspects of LED’s platforms and their campaign capabilities. With the Talent Campaign Director (TCD), the TCS will manage the day-to-day project tasks associated with talent attraction initiatives aimed at key targets for attraction strategies.
Project Manager, Business Development
The Project Manager directly supports LED’s efforts to conduct national-caliber business recruitment, expansion, and retention practices. The Project Manager plays a key role in the achievement of LED’s business plan goals by securing project wins (corporate expansions or locations) which result in Louisiana capital investment and job creation. To secure project wins, a Project Manager must plan, organize, and manage resources to bring about the successful completion of a specific project for a company interested in expanding in or relocating to Louisiana.
AI & Workflow Automation Administrator
The AI & Workflow Automation Administrator is responsible for leading the adoption, implementation, and governance of artificial intelligence (AI) and workflow automation technologies across Louisiana Economic Development (LED). This position serves as the primary resource for integrating AI-driven tools into business operations, improving efficiency, and supporting enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
Associate Manager, Capital Partnerships
The Associate Manager for Capital Partnerships will help grow Louisiana’s innovation and venture capital ecosystem. This role supports startup growth and venture investment attraction by building relationships with investors, founders, and ecosystem partners across the state and beyond.
