Creative Director

Digital Marketing Strategist
The Marketing Strategist is responsible for shaping and guiding the organization’s digital marketing strategy to ensure all efforts are data-driven, measurable, and optimized for performance. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution, overseeing key channels such as email, social media, website marketing (SEO, AEO, CRO), and digital content.
Paralegal 1
This position serves as a key administrative and compliance support role within the legal team, providing coordination and assistance across legal operations, public records requests, and contract management activities. The incumbent will support attorneys by managing calendars, preparing correspondence, maintaining records, and assisting with regulatory and project-related tasks. Facilitates compliance with Louisiana Public Records Law by coordinating the intake, review, redaction, and response to records requests. Additionally, provides support for contract lifecycle tracking and documentation to ensure accuracy, organization, and adherence to legal and agency requirements.
Business Systems Project Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Lead major technology projects for LED, including managing and administering Salesforce from start to finish.
- Work with teams across LED to improve how systems and processes work and ensure projects meet agency goals.
- Manage LED databases and systems, coordinating with staff and vendors to keep projects on track and functioning properly.
- Handle system permissions, fix user issues, maintain data accuracy, and train staff on how to use systems.
- Clean, combine, and analyze data to create reports and datasets that support leadership decisions.
- Review programs and systems for effectiveness, prepare annual reports, and coordinate with auditors on system reviews.
- Help implement new policies and support modernization efforts by coordinating meetings and participating in improvement initiatives.
