CEO Roundtables Application Deadline Approaching

BATON ROUGE, La. — Sunday is the deadline to apply to Louisiana Economic Development’s nationally recognized CEO Roundtables program. Monthly roundtable meetings for the program’s 2019-20 session will begin in July.

CEO Roundtables will convene 15-18 business leaders for each roundtable from the pool of statewide applicants. The business leaders will meet 10 times within a year for peer-to-peer learning, business networking and resources that will help them grow their businesses while enhancing their personal growth.

Participants in the program typically lead growing firms, known as second-stage companies, with $600,000 to $50 million in annual revenue and five to 99 employees

“The CEO Roundtables program serves as a vehicle to accelerate the growth of Louisiana’s second-stage companies,” LED Secretary Don Pierson said. “Graduates of the CEO Roundtables and Economic Gardening become LED Growth Network members and are able to access an additional suite of resources.”

At the annual Spotlight Louisiana ceremony for graduates of CEO Roundtables and Economic Gardening, 10 companies were honored for their business success and community leadership as the inaugural class of Louisiana Growth Leaders.
