    • CF Industries will capture up to 2.2 million tons of CO2 per year, which will be moved through EnLink pipelines to ExxonMobil’s 125,000-acre underground storage facility in Vermillion Parish.
    • Largest-of-its-kind commercial agreement could serve as business prototype for industrial-scale carbon capture and sequestration projects.
    • Project has the potential to dramatically reduce CO2 emissions in Louisiana. Removing 2.2 million tons of CO2 is the equivalent of replacing 700,000 gasoline-powered cars with electric vehicles.
