NextOp was founded in 2014 by veterans and industry leaders who sought to build a strong military talent pipeline to industries. Its goal is to bridge the gap between E-3 and E-7 military members and companies looking to hire military talent. Through one-on-one mentorship, NextOp helps transitioning service members and veterans understand how their training and experiences translate into valued qualifications in the workforce after their military commitment.
