The Building our Region’s Future (BRF) Center for Molecular Imaging and Therapy (CMIT) produces radiopharmaceuticals and conducts positron emission tomography imaging to diagnose and treat a number of different diseases, including applications in oncology, neurology and cardiology. The center’s new 20,000 sq. ft. facility opened in 2022, expanding CMIT’s patient imaging services, its clinical and translational research program and its production capabilities with novel radiopharmaceuticals to detect and treat disease.
