Global Seamless to Conduct Job Fair for New Manufacturing Facility in Mansfield

MANSFIELD, La. – Global Seamless Tubes & Pipes is partnering with LED FastStart to host an in-person job fair to connect qualified candidates to opportunities at its new manufacturing facility in DeSoto Parish.

The job fair will take place Wednesday, June 26, at 943 Oxford Road, Mansfield, LA 71052 at 10 a.m. Job seekers can register in advance here or in person at the event. Attendees are asked to bring two copies of their résumé.

Company representatives will conduct initial screenings and interviews with candidates interested in positions in areas including:

• Machine Operators
• Plant Operators
• Electricians
• Technicians
• Project Engineers

In April, the company announced a $35 million investment to establish its first U.S. production facility in Mansfield that will create 135 direct new jobs. Global Seamless manufactures and exports carbon, alloy and stainless steel cold drawn and hot finish seamless tubes and pipes to customers in engineering, oil and gas and power generation sectors worldwide.
