LED’s Board of Commerce & Industry meets bimonthly and advises on applications for tax incentive programs, including Enterprise Zone, Industrial Tax Exemption, Quality Jobs and Restoration Tax Abatement. All incentive programs have approval reports, which provide project locations and descriptions; a company name and company contact for the project; and incentive values. LED ANNUAL REPORT
Louisiana Economic Development’s Annual Report highlights the significant progress LED makes each year. For each business incentive and assistance program, a brief description of the program's objective and calendar year performance information are included. FastLane is the system that manages Louisiana’s business incentive programs that are approved by the Board of Commerce and Industry. The FastLane website is a secure online interface that allows users to electronically send data directly to Louisiana Economic Development. It is designed for individual users managing one company or consultants who manage multiple companies’ data.

LaTrac contains data from the State's Financial Accounting System, AFS, and is presented by fiscal year, cumulative year to date. LaTrac data is derived directly from the General Ledger, and as such represents actual historical accounting data. Mega Fund & Rapid Response Performance Report
LED monitors contract performance to ensure companies live up to performance requirements. Tax Exemption Budget Report
Louisiana Department of Revenue's Tax Exemption Budget Report provides listings of each exclusion, exemption, credit, refund, preferential tax rate or deferred tax liability; legal citation; purpose; estimate of revenues lost for the preceding three years; and estimates of revenue lost for the current and ensuing fiscal year.
